 The Lawrence Township School Foundation
presents the Annual
"FORE THE KIDS" Golf Tournament
The Tournament
A total of 42 foursomes will gather at Ironwood
Golf Club to enjoy an 18-hole Florida scramble tournament, preceded by a
light lunch and followed by an awards dinner where outstanding prizes will
be presented to tournament winners. “FORE THE KIDS” corporate
representation and camaraderie has made it one of the most popular and
well-attended golf outings in Marion County.
The Purpose
“FORE THE KIDS” Golf Tournament is the Foundation's
longest-running and most successful means of raising funds for the
Lawrence Township schools. Profits from the tournament are
placed in the Foundation's Grant Fund, which is available to all teachers
and students throughout the township in the form of grant awards.
Since its 1983 inception, the Foundation has awarded over $800,000 in
classroom and school grants.
The Case for Corporate Support
Classroom and student needs continue to grow while state
and federal funding for education diminishes. Costly technological
equipment and innovative classroom projects are necessary to support
cutting-edge learning. The Lawrence Township School Foundation takes pride
in providing some of these materials and enhancing the excellent education
offered to students in the township by funding the LTSF Grants
Program.

$10,000 Giving Level
Your corporate name will appear on all major signage for
the tournament, including welcome banners at Ironwood Golf Club and in an
"ad" in the program. The Title Sponsor will receive full
media coverage when promoting the event via radio PSA's and newspaper

Lunch & Dinner Sponsor
$2,500 Giving Level
The FORE THE KIDS Dinner sponsor would play host to the
42 foursomes participating in the tournament for a lunch upon
arrival and a lovely dinner at 5:30 p.m. in the lower level of the
Ironwood Club House after the tournament. G.T. South's will once
again provide a delicious chicken and pulled pork dinner with all the
trimmings. Tournament prizes will be awarded during the meal. The Lunch
and Dinner Sponsor will receive:

tastefully use corporate-related items such as logo place mats,
favors for each player, etc. |

The Cart Sponsorship is a highly visible way to promote
your corporation/business to all 168 golfers throughout the day. Your name
would appear on all tournament signage, in a program "ad" and
