Top 5 Ways for Alumni To Stay Connected and Get Involved

1. Give to support current and future students

The Lawrence Township Alumni Club is excited to have kicked off its 2013 Campaign, Igniting Our Alumni! This campaign was created to help support our current students’ needs. As you may know, Lawrence Township is now at a 60% poverty rate and needs all of our help. Each class is challenged to raise the dollar amount for the year of graduation. For example, both Lawrence Township classes of 1987 have a goal of $1,987. 2. Volunteer your time in Lawrence Township schools

a. The MSDLT Positive Impact Program invites you to spend time with our students as mentors, tutors, as a classroom volunteer, and in other capacities. Click here for more info.

b. The Up & Running Program is in need of mentors for our kids. Mentors train with the kids to help guide, encourage and improve the health during the designated program time. To learn more about the Up & Running program or to become a mentor, contact Sandi Ballard at the LTSF office at 317-423-8300 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

3. Join the LTSF Alumni Club

The Lawrence Township School Foundation has organized an Alumni Club which represents all Lawrence Township graduates. Each graduating class has a Class Agent to serve as the communication contact for their particular graduating year and school. The Alumni Executive Council serves as decade representatives, and also meets regularly to plan activities and communication for LT Alumni. 4. Be social

Host an event, happy hour, or game watch party in your area. Alumni who are in touch with other alumni are encouraged to host small gatherings. Happy hours and game watch parties are great ways to involve alumni and connect them to Lawrence Township.

Check the events page for information on upcoming reunions and Alumni Club activities.

5. Stay in touch

Update your contact information in the Lawrence Township Online Alumni Directory and reconnect with your classmates. The online alumni directory is an easy, convenient method for updating your home address, e-mail, and work information and also lets you search and find other alumni by name. The directory is a great tool when planning an alumni gathering or class reuinon as well.
